Liability In Parking Lot Accidents
Parking lots can be a particularly dangerous place for pedestrians. They have a number of blind curves and drivers tend to speed. If a driver is negligent and hits a pedestrian they could be held liable through a civil claim. It’s important that evidence is properly preserved and collected after an accident.
Depending on the facts of any case an apartment complex could even face civil liability for an accident. Any person that is injured in a pedestrian accident may have legal recourse through a bodily injury claim. Damages can help cover lost wages, medical bills and pain and suffering. A pedestrian accident attorney can examine all of the facts of your case and let you know what your legal rights are.
